{"id":27596,"date":"2014-08-06T11:32:32","date_gmt":"2014-08-06T15:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cablemanpro.com\/wallstreetpr\/?p=27596"},"modified":"2014-08-06T11:32:32","modified_gmt":"2014-08-06T15:32:32","slug":"wells-fargo-co-nysewfc-inducts-two-persons-to-sell-structured-products","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cablemanpro.com\/wallstreetpr\/wells-fargo-co-nysewfc-inducts-two-persons-to-sell-structured-products-27596","title":{"rendered":"Wells Fargo &#038; Co (NYSE:WFC) Inducts Two Persons To Sell Structured Products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boston, MA 08\/06\/2014 (wallstreetpr) \u2013\u00a0Diversified financial services provider <b>Wells Fargo &amp; Co (NYSE:WFC)<\/b> had reportedly decided to induct two persons with the banking background in its structured products segment in the U.S. to service its clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Names Two Persons<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wells Fargo &amp; Co (NYSE:WFC)\u00a0had appointed Francis Begley and Serge Troyanovsky to sell various products of structured segment in the U.S. The two persons were based in New York and would report to the structuring and distribution of notes\u2019 head Matt Ginsburg, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/2014-08-05\/wells-fargo-says-troyanovsky-begley-hired-for-structured-notes.html?cmpid=yhoo\">Bloomberg<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While Troyanovsky was hired as director of retail sales for northeast, Begley would take care of Southeast region and head the sales team of structured notes to the clients of the region, a spokesperson had been quoted as saying by Bloomberg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the officials have come up with the banking ground having served in global banks. Troyanovsky was with the BNP Paribas SA until five months back while Begley was with Credit Suisse Group AG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Two More In Denver<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wells Fargo &amp; Co (NYSE:WFC)\u2019s subsidiary, Wells Fargo Advisors, had also appointed <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/move-wells-fargo-advisors-hires-204638288.html\">two<\/a> advisors in Denver, Colorado. Joseph Jaensen and Phillip Chris O\u2019Neil were with Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) with the combined experience of five decades in the banking space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ex-Dividend<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separately, shares of Wells Fargo would be traded ex-dividend from August 6 as the company\u2019s board had declared a quarterly cash <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellsfargo.com\/press\/2014\/common-dividend-announcement_0722\">dividend<\/a> of 35 cents a share, which was same in the preceding quarter. The record date for determining the eligible shareholders was fixed for August 8. The dividend would be paid on September 1 to those shareholders of August 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wells Fargo &amp; Co (NYSE:WFC), which has been paying dividend since <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dividendinvestor.com\/?chk=c11191407301596&amp;symbol=wfc&amp;submit=GO\">1939<\/a>, had lifted its dividend consecutively in the last three years. The dividend provides 2.7% yield and for the 10-year projected period, it works out to 27.8%. However, the five-year average yield worked out to only 1.8%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While the latest dividend payout ratio was 31.0%, the average dividend payout for the five-year period was 21%.
