IHS Inc. (NYSE:IHS) noted that the plant is located at the Indian Rare Metals Plant (IRMP) in a nearby area of Mysore. The discovered site in India will aid new centrifuges, which will further boost the India’s capacity in uranium enrichment. The same could be utilized to multiply India’s nuclear submarine fleet and to help the expansion of thermonuclear weapons.
