(<\/strong><b>NYSEMKT:GRH<\/b><strong>)<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>declared a dividend for the month of June 2014 on its 10.0% Series-C Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock <b>(NYSEMKT:GRH-C)<\/b>. The dividend that was declared on 6<sup>th<\/sup> June is payable to the Series-C Preferred stockholders on June 30, 2014. The dividend that will be paid to the stockholders will be as per the record at the close of the business hours on June 19, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The dividend will amount to approximately $0.208333 per share, which is based on the dividend payment of 10% per share on an annualized basis, and the preference for liquidation at $25 per share. On Friday, June 13, GRH shares were up by 1.5% for the day and the Series-C Preferred Stock was up by nearly 16.1%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last Month, GreenHunter Resources Inc. (NYSEMKT:GRH)\u00a0had paid a dividend for the month of May on the Series-C preferred stock on June 2, as per the list of holders of stock at the closing business hours on May 20.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The ex-dividend effect:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If calculated as a percentage of GRC-C\u2019s June 13 price of $23.85, the dividend that will be paid on June 30, works out to be 0.87% approximately. It means that provided all other things are equal, the GRH-C shares may open for trading on June 17 at a price that is approximately 0.87% lower.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The results for first quarter:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GreenHunter Resources Inc. (NYSEMKT:GRH)\u00a0had announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2014 on May 12. The company which is well diversified into businesses like environmental services, waste management, etc. has reported an increase of 79% in the operating revenues for the first quarter i.e. operating revenues of $8.5 million compared to $4.7 million for the same period in 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GreenHunter Resources Inc.
