Margin is shrinking, thereby affecting the prices of stocks badly. However, this seems to be just a beginning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Road Block<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Best Buy understands well that this is an e-commerce era of Electronic Retailers where Phablets and digital devices are in vogue; there is no place for conventional retailers like them. Still, the company is hopeful and has a futuristic outlook of equipping Airports with Electronic Kiosks throughout the country. In addition to this, the company is constantly striving hard to achieve its position in the market, but there are still several challenges. Similar to RadioShack, Best Buy is trying hard to compete with online electronic suppliers but not able to compete due to very high cost structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although, Best Buy indicated decent earnings as per its latest report but in order to sustain itself in this competitive world\u00a0Best Buy Co., Inc (NYSE:BBY) is more focussed on cost cutting rather than increasing revenue. The company declared to pay Dividend with an increase of 12% and this is good news for the investors. However, its P\/E ratio of 9 decreases its brand value.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any interested entrant simply needs a website with well-developed distribution plan to become an online retailer. Retailers like Amazon offering good competitive prices to consumers to gain market share, thereby compressing margins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Future Scenario<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are chances that Best Buy may survive, with negligible presence in electronic retailing though.
