Till this time, the company has not decided about the next entertainment Chairman. The management team of Reilly will report to Peter Rice. He is the CEO of Fox Networks Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Reason To Step Down<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reilly stated that now it is the best time to take a leave from the company. He is the man behind the popularity of Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (NASDAQ:FOX)\u2019s channel. The channel has seen the best times and has topped the network TV ratings under the guidance of Kevin Reilly. But from last some time, the channel is losing its audience due to the losing shine of its famous serial \u201cAmerican Idol.\u201d The channel is bringing in the new slate of programs scheduled for September.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Efforts To Enhance The Audience<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The entertainment company expects the new series to attract the losing viewers. As of now, it cannot find any show to compensate the declining viewers of \u201cAmerican Idol.&#8221; The viewers have declined by more than 60% from its peak time in the mid-2000s. Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (NASDAQ:FOX) and the other entertainment companies are bringing in the new series to match the tastes and preferences of the consumers. The present day consumer\u2019s preferences and choice of serials are affected significantly by the cable TV and the online services like Netflix.
