In any case, some investors believe that Pfizer only seeks value for its shareholders especially in the face of mounting market competition as it is poised to face generic drug manufacturers. Furthermore, the company’s aspiration to incorporate in the U.K. betrays its intention in seeking to acquire AstraZeneca.
