The total value of this transaction was around $6.6 billion. After this acquisition, AVGO has become the market leader in the market of semiconductor. Market experts forecast revenue of $5 billion yearly. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The management of the AVAGO Technologies Limited (NASDAQ:AVGO) believes that the acquisition of LSI Corp. will help the company to establish itself in the enterprise storage market. This acquisition deal will enable the company to offer a diverse range of products to all the customers and achieve the expertise in all the products and services that it offers. Overall the company will be able to establish itself as a market leader after this acquisition deal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Though AVGO has been able to perform more than the market experts&#8217; expectations, and after this deal, the numbers are expected to go higher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One more advantage that the company has after this acquisition is entering into S&amp;P 500 club.
