(OTCMKTS:ARSP)<\/b>, with effect from today to through June 2, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>SEC Halts Trading<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The regulator took the decision in light of questions being raised in relation to the adequacy and accuracy of statements published by Andalusian Resorts and Spas, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ARSP), in press releases as well as other public statements to investors, mainly about its business combinations. Thereby, the regulator alerts brokers, shareholders, dealers and the others concerned to adopt caution while considering all the future information as well as the existing information published by the company.
