It is an international supplier of products and services that allow people to generate, manage, maintain and experience digital content. The company announced that its Board of Directors asserted a cash dividend of $0.40 on every share of ordinary stock for the quarter ending June, 27, 2014. The cash dividend will be paid to the company&#8217;s shareholders on July 15, 2014 as per the last record on June 27, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The dividend depends on certain factors<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The total amount of future dividends under Western Digital Corp (NASDAQ:WDC)&#8217;s dividend policy, as well as the payment and declaration, thereof, will all be based on the relevant factors. In addition, the company&#8217;s operation results, its financial position, capital requirement, cash flows and limitations under the company&#8217;s ongoing credit agreement.
