(NYSE:WMT)<\/strong> and Wild Oats, a leading company in the production and distribution of USDA-certified organic products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>White Oats Partnership<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a known fact that organic foods do not come cheap, butConsumerReports believe that the new partnership might substantially reduce the prices of organic food. Wild Oats Marketplace is gradually adding its new line into the Walmart&#8217;s 4,000 stores and in a span of new months, the stores will get nearly 100 packaged items on its shelves, which includes pasta sauce, salsa, dried spices, black beans and olive oil. The complete rollout is expected to close in the next several months, as per the director of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT)&#8217;s corporate communications, Danit Marquardt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Organic Is A Growing Idea<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is not surprising that Walmart is also embracing the organic food labels at a fast pace, like other merchants. In the recent years, Organic food has picked up the trend and has grown to an average annual business of more than $31 billion. But, the only differentiating point if the price factor. According to an internal check conducted by the chain, it is found out that the Wild Oats items are almost 25% cheaper than the other organic brands offered by the store. As per Marquardt, Walmart&#8217;s huge buying volume helps it to offer the organic items at a discounted price. It is said that Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
