Its earnings per share for the first quarter came in at $0.02 per share on net income of $12 million, higher than the flat EPS estimates. Revenue too grew 28% year-over year to $1.4 billion, beating the street forecasts by $60 million. (NYSE:AMD) said that the PC shipments will continue to fall in the range of 7-10% in 2014, while IDC and Gartner projects a minor decline in the first quarter.
