Under the expertise management of CEO, Chairman of Board, James P. Gorman, Morgan released their 1Q2014 financial report on April 17, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Result of 1Q2013: much higher than expected: <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has been observed that the financial report for this quarter has created a remarkable benchmark. The company announced that compared to the 1Q2013, this year the earnings have increased by 18%. The significant rise of earning has undoubtedly cheered the employees, investors as well as well-wishers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0According to the officials, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) has registered net revenue of $8.9 billion this quarter, which ended by March 31, 2014. Last year, the net revenue was a bit lower than this time. However, the earnings for every diluted share stand at $0.72. In the 1Q2014 report the company&#8217;s quarterly dividend increased to $0.10 per share, which again is a good indication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>CEO addressed the company&#8217;s multi-year strategy:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company has also acknowledged that their overall performance in every business segment snatched the ranking. The CEO addressed that, in this quarter, the company has done a splendid job in all three business segments. He also added that the company will operate over multi-year strategy to deliver a consistent return to the shareholders.
