The increase in the quarterly dividend and strong EPS guidance by the company adds to the strong fundamentals. The rising volumes confirm that the market is accepting the price rise and expects it to rise further.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technically the stock of Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (NYSE:PEG) is in long term uptrend with the formation of higher highs and higher lows and has gained momentum in the recent times. The stock prices broke out of the rising resistance line which may now act as support for the prices. The current dark cloud cover formation on the stock may throwback this stock to the rising resistance line which may now become its support line near $37 and may again start its rally. The stock is consistently trading well above its long term moving averages of 50 and 200 DMA. The readings of RSI are bit overbought but once we see it coming near 55 and simultaneously stock coming near $36.6 &#8211; $37 range prices may again try to hit new highs. The positive readings of MACD also add to the momentum for the stock. The current dark cloud cover formation on the stock may drag this stock to the rising resistance line which may now become its support line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently the stock of Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (NYSE:PEG) is in very strong upward momentum and is trading well above its major moving averages. Investors can wait for a buying opportunity in this stock near $36.5 &#8211; $37 levels. The stop losses of $34.5 can be maintained which is the recent swing low for the stock and a good upside momentum is expected to come in a very short span of time.
