Maui Land & Pineapple Co. (NYSE:MLP) released its fiscal 2013 and fourth quarter financial results last month. The company suffered loss in full-year 2013 and managed to register profit in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n
The company reported net loss of $1.2 million, translating to 6 cents per share in 2013. The loss was however smaller than what was suffered in the prior year. MLP suffered net loss of $4.6 million, or 25 cents per share, in 2012. Operating revenue in 2013 jumped to $15.2 million, ahead of the $13.6 million generated in 2012.<\/p>\n
As for the fourth quarter of 2013, Maui Land & Pineapple Co. (NYSE:MLP) registered net income of $1.4 million, translating to 7 cents per share. That was better than the net loss of $1.7 million or 9 cents per share in the fourth quarter of 2012.
