The company is keen on reducing financial burden in its operations at the America Centrifuge facility. This comes as the clock ticks towards the expiration of federal funding for the project. On that note, USU would want to reduce its workforce at the American Centrifuge plant by 50 or so. Thus, the company presented a WARN notice to the office of Gov. John Kasich. The company is looking to adjust down the number of its employees in the facility by around May 19. And the whole story has to do with the uncertainly over federal funding beyond April 15.<\/p>\n
Shares of Neptune Technologies & Bioressources-Ord (NASDAQ:NEPT)<\/b> jumped Thursday after the company provided update about its Sterbrooke plant.\u00a0 In a press release, the company said that the construction of Sterbrooke facility in Quebec province of Canada will be completed on April 7. As at present, the company said, it is undertaking safety and equipment tests at the facility. It is also training the staff to work in the plant. If all goes well, NEPT announced that production will commence once all the permit requirements are secured, however, it hopes to launch preoperation tests early next month. In order to get things right from the earliest opportunity, the company stated that it has been working and continues to work with environmental and workers health and safety organs of the government to obtain the due permits for the plant operations.<\/p>\n
Criteo SA (ADR) (NASDAQ:CRTO)<\/b> has announced the closing of the public offering of its American Depository Shares (ADS). A total of 5.25 million ADS were offered, each representing a single ordinary share of. The shares were priced at $45 per ADS. In the just closed offering, CRTO offered $525,000 shares of its ordinary stock in the form of ADS, while some of its existing stockholders sold about 4.7 million shares. There were no proceeds which came to CRTO following the offering. It is noteworthy to mention that the offering was done by way of prospectus only.
