This means that the company will inherit mobile telemetry and cardiac service lines as well as analysis software that help with performing of multiple configurations. The deal captures several other assets transfers to BioTelemetry. The agreement has been valued at $8.65 million, and the transaction is expected to close early April. BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAT) said in a press release announcing acquisition deal that it expects the assets it is purchasing from Biomedical System to generate between $8 and $9 million revenue. Shares of BEAT closed at $10.57, up 7.75 percent. The shares traded $2.30 and $11.98 low and high in the past one-year time-frame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Enanta Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ENTA)<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\"> was in a breakout Thursday, surging to a new 52-week high at $43.20. The shares eventually settled at $42.77, up 7.68 percent, on a day that was characterized with higher than normal volume of share changing hands. Shares traded between $39.08 and $43.20 on the day and have been traded in the range of $14.31 &#8211; $43.20 in the past one-year period. The company posted its last quarterly earnings on Thursday, February 13, during which it announced loss per share of 30 cents, missing the consensus loss per share of 15 cents. The company had revenue of $0.89 million, veering off consensus $1.41 million.
