This is after Credit Suisse upgraded the company\u2019s stock rating from a \u201cneutral\u201d to an \u201cOutperform\u201d and also increased its share price target from $27 to $36<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">21Vianet hit a 52 week high of $31.89 as of 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday trading session with Credit Suisse expecting the company to turn in cloud revenues of between $26 million and $40 million for the current fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TheStreet research firm currently rate the company stock as a \u201cHold\u201d with the company demonstrating substantial strengths in robust revenue growth as well as expanding profit margins. This strengths are on the other hand countered by weaknesses in deteriorating net income and a disappointing return on equity as well as higher debt management risk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Highlights of TheStreet rating<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">21Vianet Group Inc. (NASDAQ:VNET)\u2019s share price has been up by 200.55% compared to price levels of the same period last year with the stock expected to move up or down depending on the push and pull of the market.21Vianet revenue growth on the other hand is higher than that of the industry average of 16.4% with revenues having grown by 31.4%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">21Vianet Revenue growth seems not to have trickled down the company\u2019s bottom line as the company is grappling with a decrease in earnings per share. Its earnings per share continues to maintain a decline pattern causing volatile earnings. 21Vianet return on equity is lower compared to that of the same quarter the prior year implying a major weakness in the company; it also trails that of the industry average as well as the S&amp;P 500 index.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">21Vianet Group Inc.
