(NASDAQ:AAL)\u00a0<\/b>have ended their partnership that allowed commuters to add connections from each other\u2019s carriers. Based on the termination of the agreement, American airlines passengers will not add miles or points when travelling on eligible routes operated by JetBlue Airways and vice versa will also apply, as of April 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">American airlines in a statement has also \u00a0confirmed that all points or miles accrued as a result of the partnership will still be valid and credited to customers\u2019 accounts. The two airlines have already confirmed they are working to ensure the termination of the agreement does not affect travelers in whatsoever way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>JetBlue Airways Load Factor Down By 0.8<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JetBlue Airways in a statement has announced that its load factor for the month of February was down by 0.8. The airline also reports that traffic in the month of February was up by 5.2% with capacity increasing by 6.3%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The airline load factor for the month stood at 81.6% a drop of 0.8 compared to the month of February of 2013. Completion factor on the other hand came in at 94.5% with one time performance coming in at 64.6%. The month of February saw JetBlue Airways passenger revenue per available mile increase by 7% compared to that of February 2013. This was positive news taking into consideration the harsh weather conditions experienced during the month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0JetBlue Airways Rating In The Market<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JetBlue Airways currently commands an average rating of a \u201cHold\u201d in the market from 12 ratings firms that are currently covering the Airways. Three analyst firms rate the airways as a \u201cSell\u201d with five maintaining a hold rating and four a \u201cbuy\u201d recommendation. JetBlue Airways average share price target currently stands at $9.64.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JetBlue Airways last reported its financial results on January 29, in which earnings per share came in at $0.14 beating consensus estimates of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter clocked in at a high of $1.40 billion compared consensus estimates of $1.35 billion.
