(NASADQ:MTEX) <\/b>a leading provider of nutritional supplements and skin products has reported its fourth quarter and full year earnings for the period ending 2013. Earnings per share for the quarter was up coming in at $0.94 against lows of $0.10 reported for the same quarter in 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Fourth quarter financial<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mannatech, Inc. (NASADQ:MTEX)\u2019s net sales for the quarter came in at $46.5 million an increase of 9.9% compared to a low of $42.3 million for the same quarter the prior year. Net sales for Asia\/Pacific markets was up by 16.4% coming in at $20.6 million compared to a low of $17.7 million reported for the same period the prior year. The rise in sales for this markets was as a result of a 13.7% surge in revenue generated per active associate and member.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Net sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle east \u00a0markets was also up by 2.4% coming in at $4.2 million compared to a \u00a0low of $4.1 million reported for the fourth quarter of 2012. The experienced growth of sales for the quarter was mainly as a result of introduction of a new skin care product for the US and Canadian markets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mannatech, Inc. (NASADQ:MTEX)\u2019s net income for the fourth quarter came in at $2.6 million compared to a net income of $0.3 million reported for the same quarter in 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0Full year results<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mannatech full year net sales clocked in at a high of $177.4 million, an increase of 2.3% compared to lows of $173.4 million reported for 2012. Net sales for Asia\/Pacific markets were up by 13.7% coming in at $80.3 million compared to a low of $70.6 million reported in 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mannatech, Inc. (NASADQ:MTEX) \u00a0net sales for North America markets was down by 5% coming in at $82.2 million compared to a high of $86.5 million reported in 2012. The decline in sales for this markets was as a result of net sales deferral worth $2.6 million for the loyalty program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Net sales for Europe Africa and Middle east markets was also down by 8.6% coming in at lows $14.9 million compared to highs of $16.3 million reported in 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mannatech, Inc. (NASADQ:MTEX) net income for full year clocked in at a high of $3.2 million compared to a net loss of $1.4 million reported in 2012.
