Ford Chief executive officer John Lawler expects china car sales growth to outpace industry average that will be a much boost for the company revenue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">China markets have been returning the best fortunes in the recent past with sales reaching a record high in F2013 attributed to the rolling out of new models that were mainly designed to attract the Chinese consumers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ford Motor company (NYSE:F) china sales for F2013 grew by high of 49% to 935, 518 units compared to F2012, surpassing those of the key players in the Chinese market such as Toyota Motor and Honda Motor. Sales have continued to grow at the back of F2013 sales with ford recording an increase of 53% for January this year compared to the same period a year ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The best performing model has been Ford Mazda which has continuously grown by highs of 62% followed by the Chinese version of the Fusion Ford Mondeo whose sales have jumped up by highs of 51%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ford lower pension costs as of 2017<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ford Motor company (NYSE:F) says it expects to satisfy pension obligations after shoring up enough underfunded pensions over the past few years. The company maintains, it should be able to satisfy obligations with between $500 and $700 million annually as from F2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ford Motor company (NYSE:F) spent a whopping $5 billion in bolstering its pension in F2013 heavily bolstered by high discount rates. Ford was able in F2013 to lower its underfunded pension obligation of $18.8 billion in F2012 to a low of $9 billion.
