Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARIA) <\/b>shareholders seem to be excited by reports that one of the company\u2019s biggest investors is vying to get two board seats. The investor in question is Sarissa Capital Management which is low the second largest shareholder in ARIA with roughly 6.2 percent stake. The investment vehicle is interested in two board seats at time when two directors are expected to stand for reelection. The board of ARIA has eight members.
