Under the settled agreement, Seanergy will sell its four bulk carriers, namely \u2018M\/V Hamburg Max\u2019, \u2018M\/V Bremen Max\u2019, \u2018M\/VDavakis G\u2019 and \u2018M\/V Delos Ranger\u2019to the specified nominee of the lender towards full repayment of the underlying loan. Upon closure of the deal, the company will be discharged of nearly $145 million of its outstanding debt along with accrued interest, thereby releasing its guarantee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Comes Out Of Debt<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the completion of the transaction, <b>Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp.
