Gorilla Glass used in high-definition displays in TVs, fibre-optic gear and lately they are finding new market niche in smartphones. The onset of touch screen devices has brought the need for display surfaces that are resistant to scratches and breakages. But even in the middle for these opportunities, GLW is not having the best of time in business. The company suffered 17 percent sales decline last year as its big bet on touch screen laptops didn\u2019t bear fruits as was expected. Even the slow sale of high-end smartphones featuring it Gorilla Glass didn\u2019t make things any better. While the opportunities exist, Corning Incorporated (NYSE:GLW) needs to do much more to win over a bigger market for its Gorilla Glass.<\/p>\n
eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY)<\/b> pulled down the auction of an Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL)<\/b> iPhone 5S that came with a popular mobile game preinstalled. The item had received 74 bids and it listing was nearing $100,000. The said iPhone 5S had Flappy Bird game installed. EBAY reported removed the iPhone around mid-day Monday before its bid duration elapsed, citing various reasons. Among the reasons was that the marketplace does not sell phones with apps, also that the items was new and thus did know what its best value was. The other reason was that selling the iPhone with preinstalled game was in violation of Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) terms. The said popular game in the phone was once available in Apple App Store and Google Play but the owner removed it, thus sparking interest in phones featuring the game. The latest move to cancel bid before maturity is not an isolated one, as eBay Inc (NASDAQ:EBAY) has recently done that on 16-GB iPhone 5 that was listing for $2,499 and had received six views.<\/p>\n

TMUS contested the use of magenta color in Aio Wireless, the color that featured on advertisements and other marketing materials.
