Called the Oracle Human capital, updates to this Cloud Platform were recently released.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) Release 8 of the Oracle Cloud includes updates to the HCM Cloud. The main solutions which this platform offers enterprise is efficient and optimized management, with an innovative edge in time integration, attendance solution, payroll, workforce modelling besides global support, deeper analytics and mobile function feature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) philosophy adoption with the product is to offer modern HR solution such as mobile employee engagement on a global footprint. A highlight of the product is the Oracle Social Sourcing Cloud, which helps in tapping leads present on the social networks by the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Software Defined Network Products collaboration<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) has also announced updates to collaborations with other plug-ins. Currently, Oracle and Pluribus Networks will work through OpenStack Plug-Ins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What this mean is that Oracle user base will now be able to access the superior functionality of Pluribus Networks to conduct, develop as well as test SDN or software-defined Networks. These will be managed ont the Open Stack Technology platform. Managing Solaris 11 compute nodes will now become easy for Oracle client as the plug0in will help it optimize and bring greater efficiency features to the process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The spate of product updates has seen mixed reaction from analysts. Deutshce chose to upgrade this technology major as it sees value in the database section, which is the traditional product for the company.
