ADP is able to beat the analysts&#8217; earnings expectation $0.77 per share and revenue of $2.94 billion, as its present revenue figure is disclosed as $2.98 billion, an increase of 8.6%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>U.S. Private Sector Job Data Misses Expectations<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ADP reports that the U.S. employers have added 175,000 jobs in January, which is below analyst consensus forecast of 180,000, but still a healthy sign of recovery in the labour market. ADP&#8217;s report comes ahead of the government&#8217;s comprehensive payroll report, scheduled to be released on Friday and will be closely vouched by the industry experts.However, the analysts\u2019 predictions for the government data too remains in line as they anticipate 185,000 new job creation, entirely in the private sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Out of the 175,000 new jobs created, small businesses contributed the most with 75,000 job addition followed by medium and large businesses, which reported 66,000 and 34,000 additions respectively. In Sectorwise, professional and business services sector added a robust 49,000 jobs, but the services sector lagged with its previous record with 160,000 additions. Goods-producing employers hired only 16000 jobs and manufacturing companies have cut down the jobs by 12000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Blame On Weather<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fixed Income strategist, Annalisa Piazza at Newedge mentioned in a comment that the ADP&#8217;s January employment figure is the lowest since August 2013 but foresees some moderation in job creation ahead. Experts believe that the weak jobs data is largely relative of the cold weather and will swing back into strength sooner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the ADP and government data points out similar trends, but ADP had failed to show accurate numbers in the last month.
