The Sophie Cunningham train rolled on through liberal Portland Friday night, and it didn’t slow down for anyone.<\/i><\/p>\n

And that includes all the boo-birds in the crowd who waved a trans flag every time Sophie touched the ball!<\/p>\n

Cunningham and the Indiana Fever<\/a> took down the Fire, 112-98, but nobody is here for the Xs and Os from the big win. Let’s be honest.<\/p>\n

She dominated. Again.<\/p>\n

The left’s most-feared athlete finished with 13 points on 4-of-6 shooting, including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. She finished with the second-highest +\/- of any player on the court (+18). Some player named Caitlin Clark<\/a> led the way with a +23.<\/p>\n

Wonder if she’s any good?<\/p>\n

Anyway, Cunningham faced a ton of nonsense from the onset, mainly from the crowd. Shockingly, those in California don’t seem to agree with her very sane take that men don’t belong in women’s sports<\/a> (novel concept), and they greeted her with boos every time she touched the ball.<\/p>\n

Frankly, it didn’t work out great:<\/p>\n

“Sophie Cunningham knocks down the three and then lets the crowd hear about it!”<\/p>\n

That’s right. She did. With a big, fat “L” right to their booing faces after drilling the shot. Lordy. What a feeling that must be, especially in a place like Portland.<\/p>\n

Side note: How funny is it that Sophie Cunningham’s first two games<\/a> after sending the country into a spiral for saying men don’t belong in locker rooms were in SEATTLE and then PORTLAND? The WNBA Gods must just despise her.<\/p>\n

Speaking of those Portland fans … Just look at how they spend their Friday nights:<\/p>\n

Imagine buying tickets to a sporting event just to purely go there and wave a trans flag<\/a> and boo one specific player the entire night. What a life. What a calling.<\/p>\n

Sadly, Cunningham didn’t give them much ammo. She missed two shots all night, and the Fever won their fifth straight game.<\/p>\n
