The left’s most hated author \u2014 JK Rowling \u2014 has dropped the hammer on the disgusting things that took place at the Indiana Fever<\/a>-Seattle Storm game earlier this week.<\/p>\n

And, because she’s a sane<\/i> human, Rowling unsurprisingly offered a sane<\/i> take on the “f\u2014king insane” behavior that transpired because Sophie Cunningham simply said men don’t belong in women’s sports.<\/p>\n

“These young women are heroines” the Harry Potter author said via X Wednesday night. “They’re peacefully protesting against the grotesque unfairness of men playing in women’s sport. The only people who are “f*cking insane” here are those making a mockery of fair sport for women and trying to bully girls like this into silence.”<\/p>\n

For those who missed it, things turned nasty during Tuesday’s game in Seattle when two pro-Sophie Cunningham\/women’s rights fans were harassed by the team’s minority owner, Celeste Keaton.<\/p>\n

Keaton allegedly called the two fans “f—ing insane” during the game, independent Seattle-based journalist Brandi Kruse told Fox News Digital. Kruse was in the arena and accompanied the girls. The Storm have since suspended Keaton<\/a> and put out an apology.<\/p>\n

“We are aware one of our co-owners made comments to two fans in attendance at last night’s game. We apologize that this happened. Everyone who attends a Storm game deserves to feel welcome, and we remain committed to creating an inclusive environment where every fan is treated with respect,” the statement read.<\/p>\n

Goodness gracious. What a world we live in. As Rowling said, these people are truly insane. I just can’t believe this is real life.<\/p>\n

I’d imagine Cunningham can’t either. Speaking of …<\/p>\n

The Fever star put out a statement Wednesday night, quote-tweeting a Fox News\/OutKick post like a true patriot.<\/p>\n

“I truly believe there is a safe space and love for EVERYBODY. Biological girls, biological boys, trans women, and trans men,” she said. “Everyone is welcome at my table! You can disagree and still be kind. Bravo to those girls for standing up for what they believe. You\u2019ll be hearing from me soon yay for gifts.<\/p>\n

“Truly embarrassing of the co-owner. Unfortunately shows the type of leader she is.”<\/p>\n

I don’t need to tell Sophie this, but the word “leader” doesn’t belong in the WNBA<\/a>. That league is so beyond rudderless at this point, I truly don’t know where it goes from here.<\/p>\n
