A man awaiting trial for allegedly raping<\/a> three underage girls is facing new charges after reporting breaking a window inside a Pennsylvania prison.<\/p>\n

Imarr Finley, 25, of Harrisburg, Pa., has been at the jail since December 2024, when he was arrested after allegedly kidnapping a 12-year-old girl on her way home from school, taking her to his home and raping her, according to court records obtained by Pennlive.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Court records show Finley was charged with the rape of two other girls. One girl was 17, while the other was 13 or 14, Pennlive.com reported.<\/p>\n

Finley’s most recent criminal charge stems from a July 8 incident when he allegedly broke a control room window on the Dauphin County Prison’s P block while he was out of his cell on recreation time, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Pennlive.com.<\/p>\n

The affidavit, filed by the Dauphin County District Attorney\u2019s Office, claimed two corrections officers saw Finley break the window, which caused $772 in damage.<\/p>\n

Court records show Finley was charged on Thursday with institutional vandalism<\/a>, a second-degree misdemeanor.<\/p>\n

For that charge, he was arraigned on Thursday afternoon and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 4. Fox News Digital reached out to the prison for comment.<\/p>\n

The first alleged rape occurred on Nov. 25, 2024, in the uptown Harrisburg area, according to police.<\/p>\n

According to Pennlive.com, the girl told authorities that a man dressed in all black and a mask over his face was following her.<\/p>\n

The man, who police say was Finley, got the girl to follow him to his house, where he allegedly raped her and threatened the girl’s family if she told anyone, Pennlive.com reported. Days later on Dec. 4, 2024, Finley was arrested by Harrisburg police after he fled out the second story window of a home and tried to flee by running across rooftops, according to authorities.<\/p>\n

On March 23, 2026, Finley was charged in connection with the rape of a 13- or 14-year-old girl who he allegedly lured to his house with a fake Snapchat photo, Pennlive.com reported.<\/p>\n

Four days later, he was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl after authorities said DNA evidence tied him to the crime, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n

Finley is being held without bond and is due to appear in court for the rape charges on July 30.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
