The Oklahoma<\/a> State Bureau of Investigation has fired a staff attorney after an internal investigation into an anti-ICE social media tirade that prompted widespread criticism, the agency confirmed to Fox News Digital Friday.<\/p>\n

“Once we were made aware of her social media post, we opened an internal investigation,” a spokesperson for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation told Fox News Digital in a statement Friday. “Upon completion of the internal investigation, she was terminated. Since this is a personnel matter, we are unable to further comment at this time.”<\/p>\n

The termination follows Fox News Digital’s earlier reporting that the fired staff attorney, Shannon Desherow, had been placed under investigation after posting an expletive-filled video criticizing Immigration and Customs Enforcement and encouraging resistance to federal immigration enforcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a TikTok video<\/a> reshared by Libs of TikTok on July 9, Desherow said, “Conservatives really think they\u2019re doing something when they say, \u2018Just comply\u2019 when it comes to ICE and United States citizens.”<\/p>\n

“And it just shows that they really just f—ing chirp with no understanding of what they\u2019re talking about, because why the f— would I comply with someone who has no jurisdiction over me,” she asked in the video.<\/p>\n

Desherow continued, “ICE has no authority<\/a> and no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. So why the f— would I comply with an order given to me at gunpoint by somebody who has no f—ing authority to make that order? I\u2019m not going to. That\u2019s the f—ing thing.”<\/p>\n

On her LinkedIn page, Desherow still says she\u2019s “Currently working for the OSBI” as assistant general counsel. Her TikTok page had been set to private but appears to be public again.<\/p>\n

Her bio appears to include a Palestinian flag emoji and reads, “Lawyer, mom, bookworm, leftist in a red state (views are entirely my own and not representative of my employer).”<\/p>\n

Desherow, according to her LinkedIn, graduated in December 2016 from the University of Central Oklahoma and then received her law degree<\/a> from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2020.<\/p>\n

“And an ICE warrant<\/a>, by the way, 99% of the time, is an administrative warrant. It\u2019s not good enough for the f—ing Fourth Amendment,” Desherow said. “It doesn\u2019t give you access to my house, it doesn\u2019t give you access to my car, and it certainly doesn\u2019t give you access to f—ing arrest me. I was born here, and I\u2019m going to make it an ICE agent\u2019s problem. I don\u2019t have to f—ing comply with ICE, because I was born here. And every citizen needs to have that f—ing mindset. We need to make their lives f—ing miserable, and that\u2019s exactly what we should be doing.”<\/p>\n

In a pinned video<\/a> on her TikTok page, Desherow said, “I don\u2019t want to hear a single conservative in my comment section chirping about Sharia law because of Zohran’s [Mamdani] election<\/a>. OK, you guys love Sharia law, you love fundamentalist extremism when White people are implementing it.”<\/p>\n

She also made critical TikToks<\/a> about Charlie Kirk following his assassination, including one where she said, “Charlie Kirk inherited<\/a> the society that he helped create. Charlie Kirk and other conservative talking heads like him preach stochastic violence endlessly and then whine and cry when they\u2019re the victim of their own f—ing violent rhetoric.”<\/p>\n

Fox News Digital reached out to ICE and attempted to reach Desherow for comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
