(NYSE:VZ)<\/b> has said that it is just getting started in wireless business after shareholders Verizon and Vodafone Group Plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:VOD)<\/b> approved the $130 takeover deal of Verizon Wireless. The company believes that buying out Vodafone gives it flexibility to invest in new technologies in its vibrant wireless division. Following the Tuesday approval by shareholder from both sides, Verizon has now pulled all stops to neutralized Vodafone\u2019s 45 percent stake Verizon Wireless. About $84 billion of the buyout deal to Vodafone will be returned to investors.
