The company is increasingly coming under pressure from rivals such as Samsung Electronics and other cheap smartphone makers mainly from China. It would be good for the company to consider more women in its top ranks and perhaps use that as a marketing tool to tout itself as caring company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Corporate image<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company is already doing well by ensuring that its suppliers meet the set labor requirements for their various jurisdictions.
