The company\u2019s processors can be found in most of the desktop and laptop personal computers worldwide. The company is also into server development business and recently into tablets and smartphones. The company recently made a promise, which investors need to understand better.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company\u2019s Director of Marketing and Market Development. Mr. Sandeep Aurora stated that 2014 will be a turnaround year for <b>Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC)<\/b>. The reason is that the company has entered into a deal with at least one or two major clients in smartphone business, whose phone brands will feature Intel chips in their handsets, starting next year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>New grounds <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This disclosure is important because it shows that <b>Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) <\/b>is breaking grounds into smartphone and tablet market. It has been widely reported that that the future of chipmakers lies in this segment as it is the viable option in offsetting the decline in PC market. However, for Intel, gaining major traction in smartphone and tablet market has become quite a challenge, given its late entry in the business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Possible clients<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following the promise of big things in 2014, we can look at the possible clients that <b>Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) <\/b>could be hoping to add to its list. Samsung Electronics is easily one of the clients, whose devices are expected to feature Intel chips next year. There are lot of rumors that Samsung will be introducing a brand or two, running on Intel\u2019s high-end mobile processors. Given the big market share Samsung enjoys in Smartphone and tablet markets, there are enough reasons to celebrate an Intel deal with this electronics giant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yet another possible brand that could feature Intel chips is Motorola through <b>Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG)<\/b>. It is widely known that Motorola is planning new product releases next year and that the company is in talks with <b>Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) <\/b>over competitive chips for its devices.
