Yet many other factors go into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/food-drink\/mcdonalds-chef-reveals-coffee-fast-food-giant-tastes-so-good\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">way coffee tastes<\/a>, including roast color and extraction strength.<\/p>\n<p>The team&#8217;s research shows how to move beyond measuring the strength of coffee alone to produce a more complete flavor profile caf\u00e9s can replicate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>CLICK HERE FOR MORE LIFESTYLE STORIES<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The reason you have an enjoyable cup of coffee is almost\u00a0certainly\u00a0that\u00a0you have selected a coffee of a particular roast color and extracted it to a desired strength,&#8221; Hendon said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Until now, we haven&#8217;t been able to separate those variables.
