The supersized version contains 1.75 liters of 15% ABV alcohol.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@josephacostello\/video\/7613944407376629022?q=buzzball&amp;t=1776717930406\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The video,<\/a> which garnered more than 750,000 likes, drew thousands of comments from stunned viewers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;d do this for free,&#8221; one person wrote.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My problem is, I would do this for far less money,&#8221; another said.<\/p>\n<p>The sweetness and drinkability of BuzzBallz products play a &#8220;significant role&#8221; in their popularity, said Cesar Wurm, a Georgia-based hospitality executive and author of &#8220;The Powers of Addiction: Finding Freedom in Acceptance and Recovery.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wurm told Fox News Digital that higher alcohol content can be masked by flavor \u2014 making it harder for people to gauge how much they&#8217;re drinking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/food-drink\/bars-turn-tiny-cocktails-americans-trim-drinking-spending-rising-prices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BARS TURN TO &#8216;TINY&#8217; COCKTAILS AS AMERICANS TRIM DRINKING, SPENDING AMID RISING PRICES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For a younger or less experienced consumer, that disconnect between taste and potency can increase risk,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a behavioral component, Wurm said, as members of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/food-drink\/gen-z-still-drinks-just-earlier-daycap-trend-begins-upending-nightlife\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gen Z<\/a> tend to &#8220;value experiences, social connection and immediacy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/food-drink\/gen-z-rejects-trendy-nightlife-flocks-own-cheers-cheap-drinks-real-connection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ready-to-drink beverages<\/a> &#8220;fit seamlessly into that with no preparation required, easy to share and highly &#8216;social media friendly,'&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>The bright packaging can also &#8220;create a perception that the product is more casual or harmless than it actually is,&#8221; Wurm said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/newsletters?cmpid=fnfirstnl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR LIFESTYLE NEWSLETTER<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From a risk perspective, the combination of high alcohol content, ease of consumption and appealing design can accelerate overconsumption, especially in unstructured environments,&#8221; he noted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The concern is less about the format itself and more about how accessible and unintimidating it makes higher-alcohol products.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wurm, who has been sober for more than a decade, emphasized the importance of &#8220;awareness, education and transparency around what&#8217;s actually being consumed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added that Gen Z is &#8220;one of the most mindful generations when it comes to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/health\/wellness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">health and wellness.&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLICK HERE FOR MORE LIFESTYLE STORIES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re seeing a parallel rise in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/food-drink\/americans-zebra-striping-instead-quitting-drinking-michelob-ultra-zero-cashing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moderation, sobriety-curious behavior<\/a> and non-alcoholic alternatives, which suggests this is not a one-directional trend, but rather a more complex relationship with alcohol overall,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Ravi Sawhney, a design expert and founder of RKS Design, said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/food-drink\/drinks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the drinks<\/a> are &#8220;designed experiences.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When something looks fun and harmless, we unconsciously assign it less risk, even when the opposite is true,&#8221; Sawhney, who is based in California, told Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/lifestyle\/quizzes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TEST YOURSELF WITH OUR LATEST LIFESTYLE QUIZ<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For Gen Z, who are highly attuned to visual culture and identity signaling, these drinks can feel more like an extension <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of lifestyle<\/a> than a substance with consequences.
