The case has been dragging in court as ORCL sought to be paid $6.1 billion in damages. However, the court objected the request. The company operates in three segments: hardware systems, software and services. Since April 2012 to March 2013, the company has made two high profile acquisitions which include Nimbula Inc (March 2013) and Taleo Corp. (April 2012).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Like everyone else in the tech industry, ORCL is also faced with high operating expenses and red-hot competition. Currently its finances are solidly in position in most measure and its debt levels are also reasonable.
