WWE NXT<\/a> women\u2019s champion Jacy Jayne may have had the best year of anyone on the brand.<\/p>\n

She became a two-time women\u2019s champion within a year, knocking off Stephanie Vaquer and then regaining the championship against Tatum Paxley. Jayne\u2019s current reign has lasted more than 135 days as she heads into Stand & Deliver<\/a> in a triple-threat match against Kendal Grey and Lola Vice.<\/p>\n

The New Jersey native has been on the NXT roster for about five years and has only gotten a little taste of the main roster, appearing on SmackDown briefly in 2022 and making her women\u2019s Royal Rumble debut back in January.<\/p>\n

Jayne may be in line for a full-time main roster call-up sooner than later, following in the footsteps of Vaquer, who got her call in the months after Stand & Deliver 2025.<\/p>\n

She told Fox News Digital in a recent interview that if she would have been called up a few years ago, she would have floundered.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve been in NXT for about five years now,” Jayne said. “I feel like if I got called up two or three years ago, it wouldn\u2019t have ended well. I would have been gone by now. Everybody always loves to say that they\u2019re ready and in reality, you\u2019re not ready. It takes time to develop. It takes time to get confident and know your craft.”<\/p>\n

Jayne said that in her current state, she feels as ready as ever and put the women\u2019s division on Raw and SmackDown on notice.<\/p>\n

“I feel now, I\u2019m ready,” she said. “I know I can stand in the ring<\/a> with anybody. I\u2019m not intimidated. I can go with the best. So, I\u2019m ready. Whenever they decide I\u2019m ready, I\u2019m going to be there, and I\u2019m gonna take a spot and all of them should be ready.”<\/p>\n

Jayne will appear at Stand & Deliver on Saturday night in St. Louis<\/a>. The event can be seen at 7 p.m. ET on YouTube.<\/p>\n
