Anand Chandrashekhar who once was the head of the Intel\u2019s Atom CPU Unit, is now being reassigned as the chief marketing officer of QUALCOMM INC. This decision is being taken by the company after calling the 64 bit ARMv instruction which is being set by Apple\u2019s new a7 CPU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new A7 CPU belonging to Apple is found in the iPad air, iPhone 5S and the retina iPad Mini. According to QUALCOMM INC they had mentioned the comments on the same as \u201cinaccurate\u201d in an attempt at damage control. They also said that the chief marketing head, Anand Chandrashekhar is going to move to a new role leading to the exploration of certain enterprise related initiatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the month of August, Anand Chandrashekhar gave the headlines by declaring the 8 core mobile processor similar to the one which was launched by Media Tek. But Media Tek being a rival to the company, Apple is considered to be one of the top clients of QUALCOMM INC made use of its base band modems, power management Ics and also the RF trans receivers in the iPhones and 4 G capable IPads.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the concerns of PR of the company, the applications being launched might not get the performance boost from the 64 bit being used in the new terms. But according to them, the ARM v8\u2019s support for the CPU registers would help in benefiting the performance and intensiveness of the media applications.
