Riley Gaines and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have been firing back at each other across different forms of media, hurling digs at one another after the conservative commentator posted a photo of AOC with Zohran Mamdani and Bernie Sanders with the caption, “We\u2019re being destroyed from within.”<\/p>\n

In the latest exchange, AOC took another hit at Gaines, telling the new 25-year-old mother<\/a> to “get a real job” after her latest appearance on “The Ingraham Angle” challenging the New Yorker to a debate.<\/p>\n

The University of Kentucky alum replied on X, “I have a real job. I’m a mom. It’s the most important & rewarding job in the world.\u00a0 I think if you had a baby girl like I do, you’d understand my positions a little better.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Allie Beth Stuckey, another conservative influencer, defended\u00a0Gaines’ reply<\/u><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Stuckey posted on X replying to a tweet by AOC from 2020 where she wrote, “Sex work is work.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Being a mom & women\u2019s advocate isn\u2019t a \u2018real job,\u2019 but prostitution is,”\u00a0the Dallas-born social media star wrote. “Girls having access to private spaces and fair competitions isn\u2019t women\u2019s rights, but murdering babies is. Noted.”<\/p>\n

At one point, Ocasio-Cortez wrote to the former college swimmer on X<\/a>, “Maybe if you channeled all this anger into swimming faster you wouldn\u2019t have come in fifth.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

AOC, SANDERS RAKE IN MILLIONS AS FAR-LEFT CEMENTS GRIP ON DEMOCRATIC PARTY<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Social media users unloaded on the latest exchange.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Amy Reichert, a local politician in San Diego<\/a>, wrote on X<\/a>, “Imagine hating another woman for defending women, then mocking her for not beating a man. That\u2019s the left\u2019s feminism in 2025.”<\/p>\n

Gary Francione, professor emeritus at Rutgers University, also chimed in to AOC, saying on X<\/a>, “How regressive of you to regurgitate the old sexist nonsense that women just have to try harder so that they can compete with men\u2014even when it’s a women’s sport. I have been a Dem all my adult life and what you woke elites have done to the party is a travesty.”<\/p>\n

One commenter on X under the name “@DesireeAmerica4″ wrote,”\u00a0Who else thinks Riley Gaines would absolutely smoke AOC in a live debate?”\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ll debate her anytime,” the Tennessee-born collegiate swimmer said. “She can defend socialism \u2014 I\u2019ll defend capitalism. She can defend removing God \u2014 I\u2019ll defend a biblical worldview<\/a>. She can defend child sacrifice \u2014 I\u2019ll defend the sanctity of life.”<\/p>\n

AOC has yet to respond to Gaines\u2019 offer to debate.<\/p>\n
