This launch coincided with the Windows 8.1 update that is also debuting at the same time. This application is almost like any other social network application. It has status updates, photo and check-in tabs right beside the chat-interface that is placed to the right of the screen. The company has now also added inbox, friend request and notification counters. These will show up to the top right corner and have touch-friendly buttons. The side pane to the left affords quick access to events, news feeds, messages and friends plus a lot more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Innovation and technology<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has built in share charm-support that permits users to automatically attach the picture that is being viewed, to an email. Just like numerous other Windows 8.1 applications it also has the built in search function. A number of snap views have been created for this application, but only 40% of the window can actually be snapped.
