The project is a program designed for helping housing market make a comeback and is worth 6.6 million dollars. This program will let homebuyers who are eligible to buy Charlotte home get payment assistance for amount of 15000 dollars. Eligible and interested home buyers would be required to be present at Charlotte Convention Centre, Hall B on October 25 and 26.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the event, home buyers would be getting to know if they are eligible for the down payment assistance. If they are then they can reserve an amount of 15000 dollars for a time period of 60 days and can use the amount to buy a home in Charlotte. The Charlotte NeighborhoodLIFT program may also be applicable on 203k worth renovation loans. If this happens then buyers would get payment assistance to get a few improvements done as a part of their mortgage purchase loan. The Charlotte NeighborhoodLIFT program is a symbol of collaboration between Wells Fargo, charlotte city and NeighborWorks America which is a national level Non-Profit Organisation. NeighborWorks America works for the betterment of people by helping them live in houses that can be afforded by them in order to improve their living standards and strengthen their community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This program is designed for homebuyers that qualify for payment assistance and are interested in buying a home in Charlotte and living there. The timings for the Charlotte NeighborhoodLIFT program is between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 25 and October 26.
