For the known ORCL successs, this company plays a very integral role. This is why Rich Geraffo has joined ORCL to serve as SVP for the company\u2019s Worldwide Alliances and Channels. This simply means Geraffo will be working with partners and communities to make the company even stronger and more successful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And of course this means something good for the investors \u2013 more revenue for the company and higher dividends if all goes well. ORCL has been out full blast to capitalize on its community and partner opportunities by first making them grow and flourish. And now the man in charge of that department is a seasoned enterprise executive having been with HP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new head of this outfit has the express mandate to initiate, develop and execute OPN to improve revenue for partners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Essentially, ORCL considers OPN as an incredibly valuable part of its businesses that it has to cultivate to help the partner community and ORCL itself to capitalize on new opportunities. Being an industry expert, ORCL President Mark Hurd said Geraffo will \u201cbe instrumental in driving new growth for ORCL and partners\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And on his part, the new kid on the block at ORCL\u2019s partnership department has express joy at leading such a high profile organization.
